About CRM Fanatic
CRMfan.com is my personal blog where I basically focus on different information, ideas, and trends regarding CRM applications (specifically Salesforce®).
The goal of this site is to provide useful tips and tricks in using Salesforce® and other CRM apps, particularly for novice users and those just implementing a CRM in their organization. Often the choice to roll out a CRM system is the easiest part of making it happen. But the benefits outweigh the challenges, and with some careful planning, the difficulties in getting set up with your new CRM can be eased. I try to bring in some best practices and highlight some of the trends.
I’m currently a user of Salesforce®, and have used numerous smaller CRM-like databases. And though I advocate for Salesforce®, I am not affiliated with salesforce.com®, or any other commercially available CRM vendors. The comments and opinions on this site are mine alone and do not reflect the views of salesforce.com® or other parties mentioned.
If you aren't already, you should Follow Me On Twitter! I Tweet new posts, cool articles I find on the web, and sometimes I just say things that make geeky people like me smile.
