Salesforce.com provides a wealth of information on CRM use and management. Most of the information is specific to the Salesforce CRM application. That said, these information resources are conceptually valuable to anyone wanting to learn more about CRM.
In the Salesforce.com resources library, you'll find tons of web pages, PDFs, videos, tutorials, and training modules for Salesforce management, use, and administration. I found this information valuable in configuring and customizing my own Salesforce implementation.
Resources are so extensive you can even take self-paced, online training in Salesforce administration and test for the various Salesforce.com certifications.
